CONNECTED SECTORS – AGRICULTURE/FORESTRY/LIVESTOCK WITH CLIMATE CHANGE
The aim of the workshop was to provide info for the relevant stakeholders and the academic community about the linkages between the sectors of agriculture/forestry/livestock with climate changes.
The fourth training on the subject of linkages between sectors of agriculture/forestry/livestock with climate changes on 20th of April 2021. The training was implemented within the CBIT project "Strengthening the institutional and technical capacity to improve transparency on climate change under the Paris Agreement (CBIT project)" of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning (MoEPP), which is implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
The aim of the workshop was to provide info for the relevant stakeholders and the academic community about the linkages between the sectors of agriculture/forestry/livestock with climate changes and the need for urgent action and intervention in these sectors and investments in green, low-carbon economy in the post-pandemic period.
