Long term Strategy and Law on Climate Action
Meeting the challenges of climate change requires innovative approaches to integrated policy planning, regulation, and implementation.
The “Preparation of Long-term Strategy and Law on Climate Action” Project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by GFA Consulting Group. The Project supports the Republic of North Macedonia in its effort to prepare, legally and institutionally, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions following international obligations. Besides, the Project assists in the national efforts to adapt to climate change through the mainstreaming of climate policy across sectors, and supports the country with the development of a long-term strategy for a prosperous and sustainable low-carbon economy.
