The training materials and the training in the AFOLU sector, are part of the activities for strengthening the national capacities in climate change. They have been prepared and conducted in the framework of the project: "Fourth National Communication Plan on Climate Change, and the Third Biеnnial Update Report on Climate Change" implemented with financial and technical support from GEF and UNDP. 

These training are of great benefit to policy makers, researchers and all current and future actors in processes related to mitigating the effects of climate change. 

Basic resources, processes of the emissions and sinks of GHG, the inventory process, the basis methods and technics of the inventory, IPCC methodology for mitigation of GHG are presented on the links given below:
